Dick and family moved to Bellingham in 1975 and found it to be a terrific area in which to live and raise their family. Education, recreation, music and the arts offer great entertainment. Having moved from the Seattle area, I am aware of the many problems encountered. Building rapport with my clients and being helpful in re-locating families from many states including Alaska and Hawaii is my priority. My wealth of experience includes banking/lending, Real Estate Appraising structuring tax deferred exchanges, owning rental units, owning a successful business and being a registered securities representative. Since becoming a Realtor in 1978 and an Associate Broker in 1980, I am aslo an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Graduate of the Realtors Institute. Many sales and listing awards have become mine. I pride myself on listening to the desires of the buyer or seller who employs me. This enables me to help them to successfully achieve their Real Estate needs and priorities.
